“Kerry was one of the best speakers ever, funny, knowledgeable and bucket of common sense.”

BACE Breastfeeding Basics Workshop, February 2010

“Kerry has worked with us on adapting a tested cancer prevention intervention to use on a larger scale. This intervention was a tailored, telephone-delivered program to help truck drivers and other motor freight workers quit smoking and manage their weight. Kerry helped to adapt this program for use through a health and welfare fund that insures similar union members. She was insightful in her understanding of results from our formative research, and was able to apply findings effectively to the new intervention design. She is creative, an innovative thinker who understands the application of social and behavioral theories in intervention design and development.”

“Kerry led our team in translating the themes from our focus groups into a brochure supporting informed decision-making about the HPV vaccine. She helped
us target diverse, low-income parents of age-eligible daughters by addressing their particular concerns and perceptions. She developed a cognitive testing
script and supervised the testing process, as well as analyzed the data gathered. She was really able to understand where our audience was coming from, and speak to them in a meaningful way.”
